Well...I thought the Visual Communication exam would be easy...
problem is...I ran out of time...><
Anyways, 2 exams left and they just happen to be my worst subjects..
Food and Media...
Media could be...ok, but food....*cringe*

So I've been drawing a lot to relax and I must say, my skills on creature anatomy
has improved quite a bit (in my opinion)
Once I finish up some line art I'll pop it up here ^^

...note to self: going to bed at 4am before an exam is a terrible idea...

My next 2 exams, Multimedia and Visual Communication are next so they shouldn't

School is officially over as of Thursday!
Thursday morning we had to meet at the lake at 8:30am (took us a while to find out which lake
which sent my sister into a panicky spaz)to walk to school, which is some sort of
tradition at my highschool.
Whilst walking I spotted a $10 note on the ground and like a dragon spotting a gem,
I swooped down to get it, only to smash my left thumb into the ground, lifting my nail
off my finger a bit. I didn't notice it was bleeding until we got to school.....
but I got the money which was the important thing (cosplay fund has healed by = $10)
Anyways, once at school all the Yr 12's went around signing eachothers shirts will
messages of good lucks and farewells...as well as some adulterated drawings of particular
body parts.
Wow, it's only recently dawned on me that I probably won't see most of these people
ever again...despite hating the amount of work and the waking up in the mornings, I never
expected that I would actually miss school, though my older sister did say her
highschool years were the best years of her life and she would love to have them again.

Anyways, my first exam is this Friday....the dreaded, 3 hour long English exam...*cringe*

Armageddon Expo 2009

How can I sum up the expo in one word...hmm....'disappointing' would be suitable.
Armageddon Expo 2009 could no way match up to last year's expo. Why?
BECAUSE THE EXPO WAS COMPLETELY DOMINATED BY TWILIGHT! D<
It. Was. EVERYWHERE!
Almost every guest was from Twilight, a whole section of the 'Gifts for Geeks' table
was all Twilight...even the t-shirts!
Everywhere I looked, all I saw was Edward Cullen's face! D<
I am also disappointed because my cosplay fund is in need of recovery and
I didn't leave with much stuff either.
What I got:

-Final Fantasy VII Cloud figurine =
($30, decided to grab it)
-Kuroshitsuji Grell figurine =
($12...the detail and quality is unfortunately nothing like the image
on the box...hell, I've already broken the display stand)
-Kuroshitsuji Sebastion figure =
($45, very impressive in detail and now rivals my
Gabranth figure in height)
-Hellsing manga volume 8
($22.95, hehe...Anderplant, I spent 20 minutes in line just to pay! D< )
-Final Fantasy VII Cloud accessories
($50, includes Cloud wolf ring and chain and sword keychain)
-Cat ear beanie
($20, I wanted something cute so I bought them)
-Fox ear beanie
($25, just about to leave, then spotted them) *is wearing*

I had also gone to get a Hellsing t-shirt, unfortunately, there were none left ):

Hmm, what else?...I missed out on meeting Seth Green (creator of Robot Chicken)
since we got to the expo at around 2pm because my mum said we should bring my nephew who didn't get off work until 1pm.
(We were originally suppose to leave at 10am, which makes me wonder if my enjoyment would have differed if we had left at that time)
Even I knew 2pm was waaaay to late...
And I couldn't find the Reno FFVII figure my friend wanted or anything with Bleach's Kon,
so she will be unhappy about that...it sucks..she was so excited about it too ):

No pics, my sis brought her camera though decided not to take pics since there were hardly any cosplayers of guests she knew of.
I also wanted to stay and watch the masquerade but it was late and
my dad said he would pick us up at 5pm. I at least managed to catch a glimpse of a Cloud Strife cosplayer.....I think it was Cloud....O___o
Although I was rather amused at the L cosplayer I saw wandering around, as well as
this guy trying to sell me and my sis rather...questionable badges while I waited for a
place at the drawing table.

So in comparison to last year's expo, this year's was pretty poor, well...for me,
I heard it was way better on Saturday.

Still, I am lucky enough to have about $100 left which will go towards my cosplay which
I want done by April for the Supanova Expo on April 16th-18th (yes! 3 days!)
which I heard has a greater cosplay following.
I am hoping the expos here have had their taste of Twilight and will cease bringing in more
=___=....shame, I was looking forward to this all year...

Wheeeee!!! Armageddon Expo this Sunday!
But I am slightly saddened ):
My nephew wont be able to join me because of his new job which really sucks since
he always comes to expos with my sister and I.
My Rip cosplay will definately not be done in time which sucks even more.
But despite this, I'm going to enjoy it, hell I might even find something useful
for my cosplay if I'm lucky enough ^^

Hmm, is it unusual to watch Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End, almost every night?

Omg, these holidays are so BORING!
My sis is pretty much going out with friends to dinner, movies, shopping etc and
I'm stuck at home doing nothing! Well, except drawing, but when I'm not motivated it sucks.
The only time I've been out these holidays was to the city with my family so my sis could get her birth certificate so she'd be able to go for her driver's liscense...
and what did I have to do for 2 hours?...I HAD TO WAIT IN THE CAR!!!
Waiting in the car and having only Mentos to eat!
I swear to god my breath was so minty and fresh, if I breathed on the window it would have froze!!!

So yeah, 1 week gone...1 to go....

Ok, starting tommorrow, I have 1 week left of schoolwork then it's exam
revision holidays for 2 weeks then it's a week or 2 of...something, then exams ><
I have 3 more assignments due, Food Tech folio is due this Thursday, my
Media folio's due date has been extended to the first day back after holidays
and I have one more Multimedia assignment due first Thursday back...which I have no idea
how I'm going to work on it since I don't have the programs I need at home ><

...Feels kind of strange knowing my Highschool life is coming to a close..

GAH!!
The Armageddon Expo is getting closer and I hardly done anything for my Rip Van Winkle cosplay!! Damn you schoolwork! DAMN YOUUUUUUU!!!!
Anyways, it is 2 weeks till revision holidays and, I swear, I have 3 folios due in D:
I'm pretty much doomed in one subject, the other 2 don't seem so bad...

Last night at about 4am my mum called an ambulance for my dad as
he woke up with chest pains. So naturally as a precaution the medics took
him to the hospital to spend the night so they could keep an eye on him....
...and thank god they did....
Earlier this morning my grandma woke me up (at 3pm, I went to bed at 6am)
to tell me that my dad had a small heart attack.
Thankfully, the docs said the attack was sort of a warning, but they're planning
to keep him for a few days and maybe operate.
It was only small and it is fixable, yet I tend to worry about these things.
I spoke to my dad over the phone and he seems like his usual self, just bored as hell XD
He should be fine, the docs are very pleased he did not ignore the chest pains and
they managaed to catch any problems early.
Get well soon daddy! Love you!!!

I would give the money to animal rescue centres, dog pounds etc.
I hate seeing all those poor abused animals on the ads on tv, all those
homeless dogs wanting a home T___T I would love to be able to help them as much as I can

Honestly YouTube is a breeding ground for bastards.
Some jerk has wandered onto my channel and decided to call me a weeaboo
A weeaboo is a negative term used for someone who enjoys a
different culture (in this case Japanese)to the extent where it becomes annoying.
Apparently, this jerk claims that I am:
1. A person so obsessed with japanese culture that they ignore their own.
2. Someone obsessed beyond healthy levels with anime.
3. People who ruin activities for other people with overzealous references to said anime.
4. People so oblivious to reality they only care about anime.
5. Does actions worthy of getting one's ass beaten.

And as an addition, he has called me a 'furfag' because of my icon and username as well
as a bitch....and I haven't insulted him once!

Hi!
School started today, which wasn't too bad surprisingly.
It was nice to see sunlight again as I hadn't stepped outside for
2 weeks ^^;

But now some bad news, my laptop has encountered problems and I have been
warned that this could turn my laptop into Jan Valentine...
....basically...fried...
My friend had a similar problem which resulted her laptop burning up and
crashing completely, beyond repair.
I may need to take my lappy to repairs, right now I am going though manuals,
instructions and checking up on my security and backing up files incase I am
misfortunate enough to have to reboot. :(

Disappointment and pure annoyance

I'm quitting Deviantart contests for a while since I lost another one, yet again...
I hate putting so much of my free time at home and school just to make a pic that
won't win or will never be looked at ever again now that the contest is over.
Well, except for one contest that I've already started for.

So my start to the holidays has sucked so far, I have 2 essays to do and my nephew and sister
are currently listening to a band that is...I'll be honest....fucking annoying and gives
one the feeling this band formed together at a strip club full of skanks and annoying pricks.

*Sigh* Total annoyance...anyways, my internet has been screwing up these past few days,
which is making it difficult for me to access most websites I usually go on
(dA, Hellsing RPGs, YouTube, etc)this usually happens when I'm low on downloads so hopefully
my net will be normal in a few days.

Back from Club OneSixOne

Hi all!
As a late bday present on Saturday, my brother took me and my sis to a nightclub
he DJs at called OneSixOne.
He was suppose to take us about 3 weeks ago but he had to postpone because of work,
he is saving up on money so he can go to his best friend's wedding in Canada.
Anyways, OneSixOne is said to be one of the best clubs in the state!
The place is really funky with a retro-like style, disco balls, fishtanks etc
We got in for free (me, sis and my bro's friends) cause my bro was the DJ from 1am to 4am.
The drinks weren't bad, some were nice and fruity, others were just...too extreme.

Managed to get a shot, the 2 girls on the left...I have no idea who they are,
the one with the specks is me (god I look awful in tha photo ><) and the one beside me
is my sis.

By the end of the night, my bro was a teeny bit tipsy and I felt like I was gonna go deaf XD
So...went to bed at 4:30am, woke up at 3:30pm

About 3 days left till school holidays! Yayness!
Although I'm getting holiday homework, I'm going to get as many of my drawing trades
and gifts on DeviantArt finished >< So many to do!

B/day Party

The party wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, my sis has pics so I'll see if I
can pop some of them up ^___^
30 out of 50 ppl came so the turnout was good but the party was held outside
and it was damn freezing!
hehe, I'm no longer too concerned about my cosplay fund now since I got a hell of
a load of cash! Still, more would be nice XD

Still, as fun as the party was it didn't prepare me for the unpleasant surprise awaiting
me on the Hellsing RPG.....The admins have taken away my adminship...
NO EMAIL, PM OR EXPLANATION ON MSN! NOTHING! THEY JUST TOOK IT!
I swear I have never been so pissed off with the admins than I am now.
I now suspect they are avoiding me, no PMs or such...grrrr.
And other members try to play around with me which I am in no mood for..
I stayed up to 4am sending PMs to inactive members, I made them an LED Scroller for
announcements and I helped out new members and watched over the forum when no one else was
on and they don't seem to take that into any consideration.
As far as I know I haven't done anything wrong, if I did I'm sure they would have
nodified me about it.
...*sigh*

Musket-searching problems solved?

Have I finally solved my problem of musket-searching for my Rip cosplay?
Yes and No.
Yes, I found a great site http://www.fcsutler.com/fcweapons.asp
It has such awesome muskets! The problem? They're f****** expensive!!!
The one I want costs over $1000!!!
I'm thinking about maybe skipping the musket for my first ever cosplay, maybe I'll stick with the yellow umbrella till I can scrounge up the cash for a decent musket.
I'm still looking for the suit ><

Ok, checklist:
Musket: No
Suit: No
Glasses: Yes
Hair: Yes (needs to be dyed black, needs curl)
Shoes: No
Umbrella: No
Freckles: Yes (more can be applied)

So I'm kind of in the red zone, I'm focusing more on the suit now, props later.

I saw even more groups of Hellsing cosplayers on DeviantArt which makes me even more envious!
My nephew, sister and my friend at school want to join me at the Armageddon Expo this Oct 18-19th but they want to dress up as non-Hellsing characters (Nephew: L from Death Note, Friend: Sakura from Cardcaptors, Sister: Re-L from Ergo Proxy)
WHERE ARE ALL THE AUSTRALIAN HELLSING FANS!?!?!
I knew one last year, he was a YR 12 student and on the Muck-Up day at school he came wearing an actual straight jacket XD

Happy 10th Birthday LJ!!!

Anyways, my b/day is in 7 days, gonna be 18
Why don't I feel excited? I don't know why.
My sis is planning this huge party and she's invited around 20+ friends.
I have a few, but most of them are her friends too.
I guess I'm not a party person, I hate crowds and loud noises and I'm not very fond of
the idea of having both of those things in my house, at the same time.
Thankfully, the party wont be on for about 3 weeks or something (sometime in June)
so hopefully the actual day of my b/day will be peaceful.
My sis and her...well...not a friend anymore, had a big argument regarding the party.
My sis' 'ex' friend asked her a wek or so ago when she was having the party, so she wouldn't hold her own party on the same day. My sis said June 13th....
A few days ago, her 'ex' friend announced "My party is on June 13th"
My sis and her friends went berserk.
So after the feud, my sis put the party on the 12th.

So..what else...
Homework has drven me to the edge.
I have spent days doing only assignments and essays and I am physically and emotionally drained....and I have exams in about 4 weeks ><
God I cannot wait for the holidays.
Adding to my frustration, I recieved a PM on the Hellsing RPG regarding the way I RP Dok.
I was told he was too 'cutesy' and that action will be taken if I do not cease.
WHY DO PPL TELL ME TO CHANGE NOW!?!?!
I have been RPing that way for a while now and they wait till now?!
It's gonna take me forever to get out of it.
I still plan to do the DokXRip thing but I guess I'll just have to hold that off for a while untill OOCness (Out of Character) isn't such a big deal anymore.
The admins want to keep the RPG genuine, which I also agreed to.
But really, can ppl keep their characters 'in character' forever?
With no war happening in the RPG at the moment, it is getting boring.
A plot has been planned but I have no idea how long it'll take to launch.

So, can anyone give me an opinion on this?
Dok is only affectionate to Rip, no one else.
He is still weird, creepy and he still detests himself and others so is him
showing a bit of affection to Rip too OOC?
I'm cutting down on the cutesy-ness but should it stop entirely?
Please help me out on this.

The grey one is named Takemikadzuchi
(I might ask an admin if I can change it to something else as my friend
at school told me I spelt it wrong ><)
The big pink on is named Snuggle Puffs
(Yes, I gained snickers in the chatbox for it, big mistake announcing
the name while logged in as Dok)
I haven't named the brown/blue striped one yet and I am waiting for my hatchling's genders to be determined before I name them too.
I can't get anymore eggs until a hatchling grows.
So I found out the maximum is 4 eggs/hatchlings at a time.
...gotta wait about 5 days then ><
Hehe, I've already planned names for future dragons!
There is a gold one I would like to name Polaris (the north star)
And the white oneholding the stick, Kendo
And the one sitting on the cloud, FreeFall...or maybe Cirrus...I might name a different dragon FreeFall.
I wanna name my water dragon Leviathan but my spidey senses tell me someone would already have that name so maybe Suijin.
Lol, I know, it's odd being so involved and excited with virtual pets,
but you can't help but get attached to them XD
